Operations Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Strictly adhere to company safety and quality standards, including SMETA, SCHR, and DQMP guidelines.
• Conduct daily equipment checks to ensure proper functioning and promptly report any issues or faults.
• Immediately report any accidents, near misses or unsafe behavior to the supervisor.
• Train staff on QIP Process and Product handling to minimize product damage.
• Coordinate daily inbound and outbound activities to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
• Assign and monitor tasks for warehouse staff (pickers, receivers, helpers, etc.).
• Ensure proper labeling, storage and movement of goods using FIFO/FEFO principles.
• Verify shipment documentation, order accuracy and inventory records.
• Collaborate with transport teams to schedule deliveries such as Add-on / Spl Deliveries.
• Maintain records of receipts, issues, returns and DLS.
