We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Coordinator to join our CIT Operations Support team. The role focuses on managing Ocean/Air export and import operations for Belgium, including documentation, regulatory filings, carrier coordination, and invoicing. The position requires strong accuracy, industry knowledge, and the ability to work under high pressure while managing multiple priorities. You will collaborate closely with carriers, overseas agents, and internal teams to ensure timely execution, compliance, and operational excellence.
