Boeing Defense, Space, and Security (BDS), Space and Launch Division, seeks an Associate or Mid-Level Operations Engineer to serve as a Satellite Systems Engineer supporting the team in Schriever, CO. Our team develops new global military satellite communications ( MILSATCOM ) ground systems that manage transmission of protected tactical waveform (a type of secure, anti-jam communication) over Boeing-built Wideband Global SATCOM (WGS) satellites and terminals. Space and Launch work with proprietary customers and creates next generation technologies in space. We work all facets of engineering: technology investment, concept development, proposal writing, requirements and design, build, integration, test, and demonstration of products in their relevant environments.
