Position Overview
Responsibilities
:
Ensure that Trican's core value, Safe equipment and operations is the priority in all activities
Work with Base Manager to interview and hire new employees, conduct disciplinary action, evaluations and reviews, training and competency requirements, as well as employee welfare concerns at the base
Ensure adherence to Workplace Safety, Environmental, National Safety Code, Trican Well Service Ltd, government, as well as client policies and regulations
Ensure job quality, safety requirements, and standard procedures coincide with Trican company standards, government legislation, and customer requirements
Read incident reports and then suggest and invite suggestions and feedback from employees regarding improving working conditions, employee safety, procedures, and operational practices
Manage time sheets, expenses and HOS regulations from employees as required
