Position Overview

Lead event operations with The Idea Hunter in Toronto. This role focuses on delivering exceptional live, hybrid, and virtual experiences while ensuring top-notch quality and team performance.
As an Operations Manager, you will directly report to the President and oversee a growing team responsible for executing over 300 programs yearly. Your leadership will ensure flawless operations from flagship accounts to day-to-day tasks. A flexible schedule is essential, with evening and weekend work required, and some travel across the Greater Toronto Area.
Key Responsibilities:
