Minimum Requirements
South African citizen
Minimum 5 years’ experience managing technical service personnel
Experience within OEM, engineering, manufacturing, mining services or aftermarket service environments
Strong people management and leadership ability
Experience managing technicians, field service teams or workshop/service operations
Ability to work in a fast-paced and hands-on operational environment
Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills
Valid driver’s licence

Manage and support a team of 14 Customer Support Technicians across Africa
Drive technician performance, development and team motivation
Ensure high levels of customer service and operational efficiency
Assist technicians with operational and site-related challenges
Coordinate service schedules, technician allocation and operational requirements
