Job Description: Our client, a leading specialist provider in children's residential care, is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join their team in Blackpool. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead and support services that help children and young people with EBD, challenging behaviours, Autism, and learning disabilities. As the Operations Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring the safety, effectiveness, and development of the homes, making a positive impact on the lives of vulnerable children and young people.
