Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for the overall management and enhancement of boutique operations in accordance with Van Cleef & Arpels and Richemont guidelines, policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and compliance. As a member of the Boutique management team, the Operations manager actively participates and contributes to the overall team and the Boutique’s success. As an Operations Manager, one must be a true leader in the boutique, sharing VCA values with the teams and acting as a true Ambassador of the Maison.

Responsibilities

• An Operations Manager plans, schedules, and ensures effective and timely presentation of all administration, inventory, operations and logistics within the boutique.
