Position Overview

Job Description
  • Complete all requests with accuracy and within the agreed Service Level Agreement
  • Analysis of various chargeback scenarios and processing of Chargeback requests
  • Handle inquiries and follow up with relevant parties regarding dispute matters
  • Perform fulfilment and processing tasks as part of BAU
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and reduce the risk of errors
  • Support other products and ad-hoc tasks within Operations where required
Requirements
  • Possess a recognised Bachelor's Degree or Diploma
  • Able to multi-task and cope with change and diversity in a fast-paced environment
  • Meticulous with eye for detail and quality
  • Analytical with good verbal and written communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and Google suite applications
