Position Overview

This is a fully remote position allowing you to work from home full-time. You will be assisting with a portfolio of 4 commercial properties, as well as providing executive assistance/ personal support to the Owner. This is very much a hybrid EA/ Property Administration role.

Compensation

  • $60,000 – $80,000 per annum

    • Responsibilities

  • Coordinate repairs and maintenance across commercial properties in Vancouver and Squamish (e.g. scheduling a roofer at one of the Broadway properties, following up on an HVAC repair in Squamish)

  • Get quotes from contractors, get approval, and make sure the work gets done and invoiced
