S&P DJI Index Governance oversees more than 50 index committees. Committee chairpersons act as the bridge between the committees and the governance framework, ensuring the integrity and quality of our benchmarks.

About the Role

Provide critical support to Index Committee chairpersons, ensuring seamless operations and compliance while driving process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Prepare comprehensive meeting materials, documentation, and records for committee operations.
• Facilitate key committee processes, including quarterly rebalancings, annual methodology reviews, index launches, and implementation of methodology changes.
• Identify and implement process improvements through innovative use of technology and artificial intelligence tools.
