We're looking for a hands-on Operations Specialist (m/f/d) to join our growing remote team and coordinate time-critical shipments around the globe.

• Manage OBC and time-critical transport requests from quotation to delivery
• Communicate directly with couriers, clients, and airline partners
• Monitor ongoing shipments and proactively solve issues in real time
• Work on a shift-based schedule to support our 24/7 global operations
