Overview

Management of the VPC operational processes in order to obtain the profitability results established by the VPC Management.

Ensure compliance with the operational processes based on the requirements of the Management to obtain the profitability of the operation. Ensure that the quality and efficiency standards required by the client are met.

Job Description

• Developing long and short-term strategies in support of VPC objectives.
• Coordinating and planning activities to support VPC objectives.
• Communicating VPC objectives, strategies, and activities to supervisory staff.
• Providing adequate training and tools to supervisory staff.
• Establishing routine management targets for the VPC.
• Identifying and implementing cost reduction activities.
• Implementing, managing, and supporting lean waste objectives and projects.
• Evaluating and establishing operating procedures.
