Operations Supervisor - Eastham

Job Description

GAC UK is looking for a candidate for the role of Operations Supervisor within our Marine and Terminal Services (MATS) team to be based in Eastham.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, delegating tasks and managing priorities to ensure efficient delivery of service
• Manage staffing levels through effective rostering and workforce planning to meet operational demands
• Train and develop team members to deliver high performance and meet operational objectives
• Complete site training to enable operational cover when required
• Maintain safe and compliant operations through completion of audits, competency checks and risk assessments
• Act as a key customer contact and contribute to business development activities to expand customer base

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of service within Marine and Terminal Services related work
