Operations Supervisor

The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing daily business operations to ensure efficiency, productivity, and profitability. This role involves developing and implementing strategies, managing resources, and monitoring performance across departments. The position plays a key role in streamlining processes, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. The Operations Supervisor reports directly to the Operations Manager and/or the President.
