Ops Readiness Lead — Mega Capital Projects

BHP Group in Chile is seeking a Superintendent Ops Readiness to lead the Operational Strategy and Plan for various capital projects at our Santiago office. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Process Mining and significant experience in large capital projects.

You will ensure business readiness and project efficiency, integrating operations in study and execution phases while supporting HSE performance. A degree in Metallurgic, Chemical or Mechanical Civil Engineering and 20 years of relevant experience are required.
