Optimization Delivery Lead (APAC & EMEA) Job Title Optimization Delivery Lead (APAC & EMEA) Job Description Summary Job Description The Optimization Delivery Lead is responsible for driving the execution of Cushman & Wakefield’s optimization agenda across APAC and EMEA. Sitting within the Central Operations team and reporting to the Director – Operations, Strategy & Growth, this role will lead operational assessments, process diagnostics, process workshops and transition delivery activities across multiple functions and countries. This role is execution focused and will act as a central driver of optimization initiatives – translating strategic priorities into structured operational plans with measurable business outcomes. The successful candidate will facilitate workshops with business leaders, map current state processes, identify opportunities for centralization, automation and process redesign and support the delivery of transition initiatives into Shared Service Centers (SSCs).
