The ideal candidate should have strong experience supporting global clients in AMS/Managed Services environments, with the ability to handle complex service flows, issue resolution, and enhancement requests across both EBS and Cloud service modules. Key Responsibilities Required Skills & Qualifications 4–8 years of experience in Oracle CRM Service modules.
