Organizational Development & Talent Strategy Partner

Motolite is seeking an OD & Talent Management Officer to provide operational support for organizational development. This role will analyze performance management and competency frameworks while ensuring alignment with business strategy.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and 2-3 years of HR experience focusing on Organizational Development. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data visualization tools is advantageous.
