Position Overview
Description
Origination is responsible for developing and implementing the Origination strategy and agenda for the groups/countries within their remit, in line with bank and/or Function's strategic objectives, ensuring adherence to bank policy and relevant legal/regulatory frameworks.
Work includes:
Prospecting new clients and originating new leads / deals for the Bank’s Corporate Banking business
Providing strategic advisory to client teams including leading large / complex / structured
Tracking mandated deals to accelerated monetization through the deal lifecycle
Ensuring smooth execution of transactions, credit limits, client KYC records
Leveraging relationships with internal stakeholders e.g. Structuring, DCM, Markets desk etc. to deliver the best of the firm to our clients
