The Impact You’ll Drive
Monitor conversations across social platforms and the web using ORM tools and manual tracking
Respond to user mentions with brand-aligned communication—on time, every time
Flag high priority mentions in real-time and assist with crisis mitigation
Celebrate the good stuff by identifying UGC and shoutouts that deserve a spotlight
Create basic ORM reports, sentiment summaries, and trend analyses in PPT format
Coordinate with internal teams to solve user issues or questions promptly

0–1 year of ORM or social media handling experience, preferably in a digital agency setup
