Outbound Sales Representative

Outbound Sales Reps at RUI are responsible for contacting existing and new customers regarding upgrades to their Internet services.
Armed with superior product knowledge and a passion for customer satisfaction, you will provide solutions to customer needs in a fast-paced and energetic environment.
Hours for this position are between 7 am and 6 pm Tuesday through Saturday.
Each representative is expected to work four days during the week, and one day on the weekend.
**Essential Duties and Responsibilities: (Other duties may be assigned)**
- Maintain relationships with existing and new customers
- Must be comfortable making outbound calls to upgrade, offer promotions, retain customers, or regain customers.
- Deliver prepared sales pitch, reading from scripts that describe products or services, to influence potential customers to purchase a product or service
