Outlet Manager

We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead a service-oriented team, and drive business performance.

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
• Minimum 2-3 years of F&B management experience.
• Experience in Chinese restaurant chains is an advantage.
• Good English communication skills; Mandarin is preferred.
• Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily restaurant operations.
• Achieve sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
• Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
• Control inventory, costs, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure excellent customer service and compliance with food safety standards.
