Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Outlet Manager to oversee restaurant operations, lead a service-oriented team, and drive business performance.
Requirements
- Diploma/Degree in Hospitality, F&B, or related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of F&B management experience.
- Experience in Chinese restaurant chains is an advantage.
- Good English communication skills; Mandarin is preferred.
- Strong leadership, team management, and operational skills.
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily restaurant operations.
- Achieve sales, profitability, and KPI targets.
- Lead staffing, scheduling, training, and performance management.
