Outside Sales Representative, PRO (Quebec City) (Boucherville)

At RONA, we help people bring their projects to life across a range of hardware stores. We seek a motivated Sales Representative to grow our client base and strengthen existing relationships.

Your role

• Actively prospect new potential clients within an assigned territory.
• Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and loyalty, including regular job site visits.
• Achieve and exceed individual sales targets and contribute to team goals.
• Promote our value proposition to each customer to grow Share of Wallet with a high close rate.
• Create orders and coordinate delivery to the customer through the expediting team, RONA Direct, or delivery department.
• Review material requirements with customers, including qualifying blueprint and material take‑offs.
