PA to Home Care & Customer Development Head

This role exists to support the HC Head and CBD Head as their direct assistant, while driving operational execution in team collaboration and engagement. Ensure seamless coordination, timely activation of programs, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Support the HC Head and CBD Head on managing schedules, daily agenda, critical actions, team communication and follow‑ups on key actions across ongoing projects and managerial tasks.
• Provide administrative process coordination support for the team.
• Manage local, domestic & international travel for BU/CBD Head and team – ticketing, transportation, accommodation, travel agenda setup, and internal coordination.
• Coordinate regional periodical visits – ticketing, accommodation, inland transportation, itinerary preparation, and compliance checks with visiting venues.
