We're recruiting an experienced Paint Sprayer for a globally recognised aerospace manufacturer in Denham. You'll be applying precision coatings to aviation safety components – this is industrial manufacturing spray work, not automotive body repair.

Responsibilities

• Applying primers, topcoats, lacquers, and specialist coatings (including dry film lubricants) to engineering components using spray guns.
• Working to technical specifications and engineering drawings.
• Masking components using tapes, plugs, and bungs to precise requirements.
• Setting and operating curing ovens to specified temperatures and durations.
• Inspecting finished work – visual checks plus measuring paint thickness and gloss levels.
• Unmasking and touching up components as required.
