Paralegal Land Use
Reputable Law Firm is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Land Use Paralegal. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in local land development processes within Miami-Dade County and experience navigating regulatory frameworks, applications, and digital permitting systems.
Job Duties:
Assist attorneys with preparation, filing, and tracking of land use and zoning applications, including rezonings, variances, special exceptions, and site plan approvals Coordinate and manage submissions through local municipal and county agencies in Miami-Dade County Conduct legal and regulatory research related to zoning codes, comprehensive plans, and LDRs Draft correspondence, memoranda, reports, and support due diligence for real estate transactions Monitor project timelines, public hearing agendas, and deadlines; Communicate with clients, consultan...
