Position Overview

Title: Chaplain – Part-Time

Location: Saint‑Casimir, Quebec City

Salary: USD 21.15 – 25.00 per hour (estimated)

Responsibilities

• Promote a missionary mindset by building caring relationships with all assigned employees.
• Follow the CCA Team Member Handbook and other training materials.
• Provide on‑call support to assigned employees and owners.
• Build and maintain clear two‑way communication and trust throughout CCA and with served companies.
• Display a team‑player attitude with fellow chaplains and managers.
• Comply with requests and direction from senior CCA leaders.
