Position Overview
Main Purpose of Job
- Support CDP to carry out daily BOH operations within the individual department.
- Understand and learn the menu, assist with the implementation of the menu changes according to recipes and standards.
- Support the CDP and ensure all mise en place lists and handovers are completed correctly on time for the next shift.
- Required to understand the importance of all tasks with a strict attention to details.
- Ensure all workstations and section areas are cleaned.
- Work closely and communicate effectively with other team members.
