GENERAL SUMMARY/ OVERVIEW STATEMENT:
The Internal Medicine Associates (IMA) a large academic internal medicine practice located on the MGH main campus, has an opening for a nurse practitioner. The successful candidate will become a pivotal member of an innovative practice offering team based care in a Patient Centered Medical Home model.
Under the direction of the Nurse Manager, the nurse practitioner, working in partnership with a designated group of physician partners, primary RN’s and medical assistants will play an integral role in providing timely complete physical exams, chronic disease management, preventive healthcareand urgent care to a designated group of primary care patients.
