Position Overview
Enhance community health as a Part-Time Physician with the Health Centre, dedicated to outreach services in Kitchener. Provide care for homeless individuals and those with complex needs.
As a part-time physician working 22.5 to 30 hours weekly, you will be integral to outreach teams addressing the needs of vulnerable populations. This role will involve collaboration within an interdisciplinary team to improve health outcomes and deliver comprehensive care tailored to individual situations.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive medical assessments and treatments
• Address community health using a Social Determinants approach
• Evaluate addiction and mental health issues directly
• Facilitate triage for client needs in various settings
• Collaborate on implementing public health initiatives

• Medical degree and current CPSO license
