Job Description

Property Maintenance Technician Level II or III at Marsden Services, L.LC.


Shifts: 10am-2pm Monday-Friday (20 hours per week. Part Time Job)


Location: Rochester NY (One Property)

Job Duties:


  • Performing a variety of related duties including equipment installation, troubleshooting, repairs, and preventative maintenance in order to ensure the property and grounds are meeting the company’s established standards and any applicable laws.

  • Schedules, prioritizes, and ensures timely completion (48 hours) of all work orders.
