Job Purpose:

• We are seeking Temporary Turn Help to support our community during a busy turn period.


• This role will assist with a variety of tasks related to the make-ready process and preparation of new move-ins under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager .

It is a great opportunity for someone who works well in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in getting units move-in ready, and is willing to support the team where needed.  PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
