Partnerships Manager

Globaltize is looking for a motivated and relationship-driven Partnerships Manager to help build and scale our referral, partnership, and authority-building channels. This person will play a key role in growing our referral program, developing strategic partnerships, generating new client opportunities, securing backlinks, supporting press and article opportunities, and expanding Globaltize’s presence across the payroll, HR, recruitment, and business services space.

Position: Partnerships Manager

Experience: 3 to 5 years+ in partnerships, business development, referral programs, BDR-style outreach, or growth

Background: Payroll, HR, recruitment, staffing, BPO, SaaS, or agency experience preferred
