Manage spare parts inventory by maintaining optimal stock levels, preparing monthly demand forecasts, and developing procurement plans to ensure continuous parts availability. Coordinate dealer spare parts orders, arrange timely deliveries, monitor order progress, and follow up on outstanding payments. Oversee self-operated spare parts inventory, including requisitions, internal consumption, and accurate stock movement records. Support spare parts sales operations by maintaining accurate sales documentation and ensuring timely collection of customer payments. Conduct regular inventory stock counts, investigate stock discrepancies and slow-moving inventory, and implement corrective and preventive measures. Prepare monthly spare parts commission reports for the Sales, Service, and Parts departments to support payroll processing.
