Passwordless Access & Hypercare Support Specialist

User Experience Researchers Pte.Ltd in Cyberjaya seeks a Hypercare Support Specialist to provide frontline support for device registration and passkey setup during the rollout of Microsoft Entra ID solutions. Responsibilities include troubleshooting common authentication issues and guiding users through onboarding activities.
