Pastry Chef

We are currently looking for a Pastry Chef to join at a 4 Star Hotel in Dubai United Arab Emirates.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef De Partie or 2 years experience as Pastry Chef in a hotel.
• Expertise in creating a wide variety of pastries desserts beads and confectionery items
• Expertise in preparing International desserts and Arabic desserts
• Excellent Plating and presentation skills
• Strong supervisory and communication skills
• Awareness of all menu items their recipes methods of production and presentation standards
• Candidate should be available in UAE
