Position Overview

**1. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**

+ Supervises and participates in the preparation of all cakes, cookies, chocolates, ice creams, desserts and other sweets items prepared in the Pastry and the Bakery.
+ Responsible for checking desserts set to all outlets for standard and quality.
+ Responsible for quality, quantity and outside orders of pastry shop.
+ Responsible for setting-up the Banquet sweets buffet and all other buffets including breakfast and coffee break.
+ Checks the pastry mise-en-place in all the outlets.
+ Checks the quality and quantity of pastry, croissants and bread buffet.
+ Checks the daily function sheets and prepares the appropriate production level **.**
+ Designs and prepares show pieces and other decorations in sugar and chocolate for special occasions.
+ Sees that all desserts are prepared in an attractive and appetizing manner.
