Pathlock GRC Consultant Experience: 5–8 Years | Location: Hyderabad Type: Hybrid Role Overview We're looking for a Pathlock GRC Consultant with hands-on Integration experience with SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central integration and HR-triggered access provisioning. The role involves automating Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML) lifecycle workflows that drive access governance across connected ERP and cloud systems. Key Responsibilities Configure the SuccessFactors Employee Central Identity Source connector in Pathlock Cloud AAG and set up HR trigger rules for Hire, Transfer, Promotion, LOA, Return-to-Work, and Termination events. Design and implement Joiner, Mover, and Leaver access workflows — including role provisioning, delta comparisons, account suspension, and SoD pre-checks. Configure and maintain SoD rulesets modules with cross-application risk analysis (SAP ERP, S/4HANA, Oracle).
