Patient Care Advisor

Penmac Staffing is hiring a detail-oriented and customer-focused Patient Care Advisor. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients who are filling prescriptions. This role is responsible for gathering and entering prescription information and resolving inaccurate deliveries and other issues the customer may have. This is a call center role.
