Patient Service Representative

TEKsystems is currently hiring a Medical Scheduler in WALLINGFORD, CT for one of the top cardiology practices in CT!
Shift: Mon - Thur: 8 - 4:45 and Friday 8 - 4:30
POSITION OVERVIEW:

+ Handling a large number of inbound calls from patients for all 10 of their locations.

+ Triaging calls to RN's when needed.

+ Scheduling and rescheduling appointments for patients.

+ Insurance verification

+ Patient registration

+ Prior Authorizations

+ Scheduling Cardiology exams / screenings/ blood work

Prior medical scheduling experience(EKG, Stress Test, ETC)
