About the Role Neolytix is a US-headquartered healthcare management services company supporting medical practices, groups, and health systems across the US.


We are hiring a Payment Posting Specialist to join our Gurugram Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) team.


You will be responsible for accurately posting insurance and patient payments, reconciling accounts, and maintaining clean, audit-ready records that keep our clients' revenue cycle running smoothly.


Key Responsibilities • Post ERAs (electronic remittance advices), EOBs, and manual payments from insurance carriers and patients into the billing system with accuracy.

  • • Apply payments, adjustments, write-offs, and denials to the correct patient accounts and claim lines.
  • • Reconcile daily batches against bank deposits and remittance totals; flag and resolve discrepancies.
