As a Payment Lifecycle Analyst within Payments Operations, you will play a pivotal role in Swift Monitoring in Control Room Team, you will monitor and maintain various application infrastructures. You will act as a single point of contact for the Line of Business and external service providers for all applications and connectivity related issues and you will escalate all issues and alerts to the incident manager in order to remediate and resolve incidents with minimal business impact. This role is for EMEA shift and a 24/7 function.
Job Responsibilities:Understand current Swift architecture and infrastructure, assessing business impacts from disruptions to message and transaction flows.
