The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing payroll operations across multiple African regions while ensuring payroll accuracy, compliance, reporting integrity, and process optimisation.

You will work closely with HR, Finance, and operational stakeholders to ensure smooth payroll operations while managing payroll deadlines, statutory reporting, and payroll team performance within a deadline-driven environment.
