Payroll Specialist

We’re partnering with a well-established, high-volume organization looking to bring on a sharp, detail-oriented Payroll Clerk to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with 1–4 years of experience who wants to step into a dynamic payroll environment with exposure to union payroll, compliance, and large-scale processing .

Key Responsibilities:

• Process weekly payroll for 400–500 employees
• Manage end to end payroll in ADP
• Handle multi-union payroll with varying rules and agreements
• Support union billing and related reporting
• Perform prevailing wage analysis and ensure compliance
