Payroll Specialist

DisruptiX Talent Solutions is partnering with a well-established construction-related organization in Yorba Linda that is seeking a Payroll Specialist to join their team on a contract basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced payroll professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment and is comfortable managing high-volume payroll with accuracy and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Process payroll for approximately 200–215 employees accurately and on schedule
• Review payroll data for accuracy and resolve discrepancies
• Ensure compliance with payroll laws, regulations, and company policies
• Work within the company's payroll system (Midar) and interface with Sage Intacct
• Maintain payroll records and supporting documentation
• Assist with payroll reporting and audits as needed
