Job Description

We are looking for a candidate who will act as a trusted payroll partner, working collaboratively across teams to enhance ways of working and ensure sustainable, practical improvements within BAU payroll operations.

The role will also play a key part in bridging transformation initiatives with operational delivery to ensure successful implementation and adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with Payroll Delivery teams to review and continuously improve BAU payroll processes while maintaining Delivery ownership.
  • Collaborate with Payroll Service teams to analyse trends, queries, and operational data to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Support the development of efficient and accurate payroll processes through continuous improvement initiatives.
