The Saskatchewan Health Authority (SHA) is seeking Pediatrician locum coverage in Yorkton, Saskatchewan. Responsibilities include 24 hour inpatient coverage and emergency on-call coverage at the Yorkton Regional Health Centre. As the only regional hospital in the southeast, Yorkton offers a diverse and rewarding opportunity allowing physicians to manage a broad range of cases while enjoying the benefits of a smaller community and avoiding the congestion of a large urban centre.
The pediatric team works alongside a multidisciplinary network of supports, including pediatric therapies, autism spectrum disorder services, early childhood psychology, mental health, social work, dental services, and public health nursing. Strong partnerships with community programs such as KidsFirst and local schools provide truly integrated, family-centred care.
