Position Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on, experienced Senior Payroll Advisor to join our People & Culture team and take the lead on delivering accurate, compliant, and timely payroll to our 5,000+ team members nationally.

Reporting to the National Payroll Manager, you'll lead by example, provide guidance to our Payroll Officers, and ensure our team members are paid correctly, on time, and in full compliance with EBAs and legislation.

  • This is a part time role at 30 hours per week, Tuesday to Friday. With 2 days in the office and 2 days at home, this is the perfect role for someone looking for flexibility.

    • What You'll Be Responsible For:

  • End-to-end payroll processing (weekly and monthly) for all team members using HR3 and Kronos

  • Ensuring accurate Award and Enterprise Agreement interpretation, liaising with Payroll Manager and HR
