About the Role

As the People & Culture Consultant, you will be joining a dynamic Workplace Relations and Governance team, for a 6 month contract role, to cover a staff member's parental leave period.

Your key duties and responsibilities will include:

  • Conduct thorough investigations into workplace relations issues, ensuring fairness and compliance with organisational policies and legal requirements.
